Teams Connector


The Conn3ct iSIP (Intelligent SIP) platform fully supports Microsoft Teams Direct Routing services, either through the global platform or on-premise solutions (as well as any combination of the two).


Connectivity between the iSIP platform and Microsoft Teams platform is via global peering with Microsoft to deliver the shortest route access.


Our iSIP platform is fully certified to support the provision of MS Teams Direct Routing services. At Conn3ct, we have integrated premium, domestic, and international Tier 1 SIP providers to ensure resilient and high-quality calls worldwide.


We offer full support for Bring Your own SIP (BYoS) and Bring Your own Carrier (BYoC), and full support for Public and Private Interconnects as required. We also have a fully configurable user to SIP channel ratio, and competitive call bundles and minute charges.

  • Pricing does not include Microsoft licenses or physical endpoints, such as headsets
  • Requires access to your Office 365 Tenant
  • Excludes conferencing and response groups (however configuration and management of these services can be included)
  • By standard, all connectivity to the iSIP platform is over the internet. Conn3ct can provide a range of private connectivity solutions from ADSL to Ethernet Fibre
